Taking place in Sunny Negril, Jamaica at the Royalton Negril Resort, we focus on fitness & fun for 4 days in a breathtaking setting surrounded by awesome people and the best fitness coaches and nutrition gurus dedicated to taking you to the next level in your fitness goals. This is the ZERO GUILT vacation that you will celebrate for everything you do on this trip!!
While you are there you will meet other people who share your fitness goals of achieving a healthier, fit lifestyle. We bring top trainers and fitness gurus on the trip to challenge your body but you will also have fun while achieving your goals. In addition to fitness & fun we have impactful empowerment sessions to mentally prepare you for your fitness journey and get you on the road for your new life.

Jamaica Fit Trip is a 4 day transformation experience trip like no other!! Our transformation takes place in Sunny Negirl, Jamaica at the beautiful Royalton Negril Resort, we focus on fitness, empowerment & fun for 4 days in a breathtaking setting.
While you are there you will meet people who share your mental and physical goals of achieving a healthier more fit mind, body, and soul. We bring some of the top fitness and spiritual influences along with fitness enthusiasts from around the Country on this trip to challenge your body and soul. Participants have fun while achieving or beginning their goals. In addition to fitness & fun we have powerful empowerment sessions to prepare you for your life journey and to help get you on the road to a better you.
All of our participants will have the opportunity to compete in our exciting Beach Olympics Competition for a chance to win a free trip back to Jamaica Fit Trip 2020 as well as other prizes!
