Cottonwood Villa is a lovely five bedroom, 5 1/2 bath villa located beach front, on Negril"s seven mile beach. Let it be your is tropical escape from everyday life or your gathering place for easy access to Negril"s stunning 7 mile beach, seaside cafe"s and great night life!! Either way it"s perfect for your Jamaican villa holiday!
The spacious living room has comfortable furnishings, a full wet bar, and plenty of room to escape the afternoon sun. Enjoy your favorite tropical cocktail on the sundeck of the beach front [private] freshwater pool, or in your own dining gazebo, with incredible views of Negril"s famed seven mile beach. It"s hard to match this setting any where on the beach in Negril!!
Two king-size bedrooms downstairs each have private baths and verandas overlooking the gardens and Caribbean. Upstairs, two more king-size bedrooms look out over the grounds. The master bedroom features a spacious veranda with direct sea views. The master bath features an over size soaking tub, built for two.

Cottonwood Villa comes fully staffed with a gourmet chef, butler, housekeeper, and concierge. They are happy to shop for your groceries and prepare all meals for guests. They will also set up a bar for you and make drinks if you wish!
All guests are welcome to use the shared pool and shared Jacuzzi on the grounds. These amenities are a two minute walk through the garden from Cottonwood Villa.
