Rio Chico is the ultimate oceanfront luxury estate!
Imagine 14 of your own seaside acres to explore, with beautiful gardens, waterfalls and rivers running through. Rio Chico, a glamorous estate, features a 6 bedroom mainhouse and a 2 bedroom guest cottage. Interiors are furnished with sophisticated decor. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has ensuite bathroom, telephone, and TV. There is a formal dining room, spacious living room, plus patios & verandahs galore. Two private pools, a private tennis court, and two private beaches are yours to enjoy. If the need arises, a private study features a computer, fax, photocopier and printer.
