Promiseas Villa
Promiseas Villa is a new luxury Ocho Rios beachfront property. There are two spectacular side by side villas, each 4 bedrooms, are beautifully decorated with modern teak, Guango, Spanish Elm, driftwood and stainless steel furniture. The first villa also features four master bedrooms all with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, Jacuzzi or hot tub and rain showers. The second villa has 3 king bedrooms and the fourth bedroom, on the third floor, has 4 queen beds and is ideal for children or young singles.
There are unique water features throughout the property including a glass atrium in the center of the living room with a beautiful teak tree growing through the open top, third floor Tree House bedroom, living room with spectacular views of the sea, the hot tub in its man-made, underground cave surrounded by bamboo with a bar and massage deck overlooking the sea, and the contemporary lighting. A rope bridge leads from the fourth bedroom to the gym and a bird watching platform.
Promiseas Villa can be rented as 5 to 8 bedroom accommodating up to 16 people . Featuring highly trained chefs, three butlers, two housekeepers and an entertainment coordinator/boat tour guide on request. There is a fishing/water sports boat available for rental. The property is equipped with single and double kayaks, life jackets for all ages and fishing.

Promiseas Villa 1, nearest to beach, has four king sized master bedrooms with Jacuzzi or hot tub and a rain shower in each bathroom. Beach cove, barbecue, beach dining deck, tennis court and gym.
Promiseas Villa 2 cliff side, has three king sized master bedrooms with Jacuzzi or hot tub and showers. The fourth bedroom on the third floor has four queen beds (ideal for children and teenagers) and a large deck overlooking the sea. From here there is a rope bridge leading to the gym and bird watch deck.
There is a sea pool with deck, over-water hanging chair/bed, a water hammock and cave under the pool with hot tub. Both houses are decorated with a variety of local modern teak, Guango, Spanish Elm, driftwood and stainless steel furniture with beautiful local contemporary paintings on display.
Promiseas 2, has a glass atrium in the centre of the living room with a beautiful teak tree growing through the open top and a third floor tree house bedroom and living room with the most spectacular view of the sea. The hot tub is a man-made cave underground surrounded by bamboo with a bar and with the perfect massage balcony overlooking the sea.
On property is Promiseas’ wonderful, friendly and experienced staff, including two highly trained chefs, two housekeepers, three butlers and an entertainment coordinator/boat tour guide upon request.
There is also a fishing boat/water sports boat available for rental.
There is a US$1,500. refundable Damage Deposit required for all bookings.
Special events/parties require advance permission before a reservation can be confirmed.
The property is NOT available for rent as a Wedding Venue.
