Kai Kala Villa
Kai Kala property is a 4 building, 10 bedroom property set in 2 1/2 acres of fruit trees and flowers, on a cliff overlooking the sea. The property is composed of the one bedroom Hideaway Cottage, right on the cliff"s edge looking down onto the wooden deck entryway into the sea, the 2 bedroom Bamboo Cottage set in the gardens, the 3 bedroom Sea View Cottage set in the gardens with views of the sea through the trees and the 4 bedroom Kai Kala Villa main house, set above the swimming pool and looking out to the sea.
Kai Kala Villa (4 bedroom)
Entering the villa, you cross over a Perspex bridge with a stream and waterfall filled with golden koi and surrounded by vegetation. The wood staircase splits into two levels. Upstairs leading to 3 of the 4 bedrooms and downstairs to the 4th bedroom, living room, dining room, bar, veranda and pool area beyond.
Sea View Villa (3 bedroom)
From the driveway, steps take you down to the 3 bedroom Sea View cottage. A wooden deck at the front of the house has a table and chairs for outdoor dining, Adirondack chairs, and a hot tub with jets, all offering you glimpses of the sea through the trees. There is also a barbecue. The living/dining room seats 6 and has a ceiling fan, flat screen TV with cable and telephone. The kitchen has a 4 burner electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, 4-slice toaster, coffee maker and has its own cutlery and glassware.
Hideaway Villa (1 bedroom)
Overlooking the sea the 1 bedroom has wooden floors with a king sized bed dominating the room. In the bedroom is a flat screen TV (give me the size) with cable. The bedroom also has a/c and ceiling fan. In the closet is an electronic digital safe. French doors open onto the split-level wooden deck. The pebble-tiled indoor bathroom has a bathtub and shower with plugs for an electric shaver or hairdryer. A door from the bathroom opens into a grilled, cut-stone open air shower. The Living room has a comfortable sofa with two plantation chairs and a ceiling fan.
French doors from the living room open onto a private, split-level wooden deck directly overlooking the sea, with hot tub with jets. The hot tub is surrounded by wooden fencing to give the ultimate privacy. There is a table and chairs for 4 for outdoor dining and a small barbecue grill.
Bamboo Cottage (2 bedroom)
Set in the gardens, the 2 bedroom Bamboo Cottage lives up to its name. The pebble-tiled entryway leads into the living/dining room decorated with bamboo furniture in a spacious seating area with 2 ceiling fans, flat screen TV with Cable and windows giving you a garden view all round.
