Jasmin Hill Villa

Jasmin Hill Villa is located directly on the seaside in Ocho Rios. The extra large, four plus acre lot includes over 500 feet of ocean front. Jasmin Hill is surrounded on all sides by lush tropical vegetation. The villa is within walking distance to Sandals Ocho Rios and Breezes and approximately one mile east of downtown Ocho Rios.

Jasmin Hill is a very spacious and comfortable, classic stucco and wooden shingle roof home built in the 40"s with style and grace. Extra large rooms all have hardwood or ceramic tile floors. The art filled living room overlooks the sea, pool and side fountain garden. Dining can be on the terrace, by the pool, in the fountain garden or in the indoor private dining room. A total of three spacious bedrooms, each with private bath, accommodate six adults. All the bedrooms have been recently redecorated and have large ceiling fans and air conditioning. The home is filled with books, English antiques and original artwork.

There is a one bedroom air-conditioned pool cottage with a king bed, private bath with walk in shower and a bathtub. This master suite offers privacy from the main part of the villa, but does have french doors that open to your private porch overlooking the pool and beautiful view of the Caribbean!

In January 2014 a new 2-bedroom cottage was added to bring the total bedroom accommodations up to 6. This charming cottage has been completely rebuilt and updated into a beautiful garden retreat. Each of the two bedrooms is air conditioned and has its own en-suite bathroom. There is a living area in the cottage, along with a small kitchen. One bedroom with king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed.

A well tuned Yamaha upright piano is located in the entrance room. Lush gardens or ocean surround Jasmin Hill with spectacular views from all rooms.

The villa also includes a large spring water swimming pool. An ocean-side gazebo is perfect for morning breakfast or evening cocktails. Ocean swimming is especially wonderful from the Jasmin Hill dock. Stone steps lead into crystal clear water and sandy bottom. Within 50 yards of shore is a wonderful coral reef perfect for snorkeling.

Jasmin Hill is fully staffed with a superb cook, an optional van driver, one house keeper, laundress and a gardener. The cook and driver live in small cottages on the property. All meals can be taken "at home" either in the large dining room or on three outside locations (garden terrace, ocean terrace or pool). Staff services are included in the rate, but not the services of the van driver.
